Misc.

Well, I just realized that I DO NOT like keeping a regular job, which does not bode well with the fact that I am currently in pursuit of my MBA. I wish someone would give me money just for being alive.

==Spoilers==

I saw The Dark Knight at IMAX a few days ago. The single word that escaped my mouth when the movie was done was 'Epic', now this is not to say that the movie was flawless, but even with all its flaws the movie far surpasses most movies I have seen in the recent past. For one, they could have had more character development, I felt that Christian Bale, Michael Caine and Maggie Gyllenhaal and their characters were sorely underutilized, of course rectifying this flaw would require either the movie to be extended to say a running time of 6 hours or the action scenes to be cut, both of which might not have gone down too well with the audience.

I loved how the Joker wasn't made into a petty thief, his character had more shades to him then a L'Oreal lipstick catalogue, the scene where he burns the money being absolutely crucial to perpetuate the profundity of his philosophy especially for those who couldn't follow the dialogues in the movie.

I gave it a 10 on IMDB, something that I rarely do. Joining the ranks of 'The Secret Garden', 'Memento', 'Requiem For A Dream', etc.

==End Spoilers==

In other news, while the ISI is busy managing their subversive activities in India, controlling the rebels in their NWFP, hoodwinking the US, etc, its Indian counterpart is busy tackling a sexual harassment lawsuit by one of its female officers, who by the way is as ugly as fuck. No wonder the intelligence officers and the police are the last to know about the terrorist activities that take place in our country.

Enough of political news I say, more later.

No, I think he had a very valid point and was out to prove it. Evil ? no!, corrupt ? hell no!, insane ? a wee bit, psychotic ? yeah but that is why he was fun, terrifying ? nah! All in all, a cool guy! :P
